How To Bulk Add Users

Step 1: Open the Manage users section

  • Navigate to the Manage users tab in the Admin panel.
  • Click “Bulk upload”.

Step 2: Create CSV Template

  • Click the red button “Download CSV template” (top-right).
  • Open the file in any spreadsheet editor (Excel, Google Sheets, etc.).
  • Fill in user information: Title, Last Name, First Name, Phone, Email, Country.
  • Save the file in .csv format when you’re done.

Step 3: Add bulk users

  • Drag & drop your completed file into the upload area,
    or click “Browse files” to locate it on your computer.
  • Select a role from the “Role” dropdown — this role will be applied to all users in the file.
  • Enable “Send welcome email” if you want each user to be notified after being added.(optional)

Step 4: Upload

  • Click the red “Upload” button to begin importing users.
