How To Manage Access To A Forum

Step 1: Open the Forum Section

  • Navigate to the Forum tab in the Manage content panel.
  • In the Actions column, click the Manage category access icon.

Step 2: Manage Access to a Forum

  • Under Access Control, adjust the following settings.
  • You can choose how to grant access in two ways:

    – User: Select this option to grant access to a specific individual user.

    – Role: Select this option to grant access to all users with a specific role (e.g. “Learner”).

  • After selecting the type and the user or role, make sure to click the red “Grant access” button to apply the changes.
