How to Set Up Or Change In App Notifications

Step 1: Set Up Social Media Links

  • Navigate to the System settings tab in the Admin panel.
  • Find the notification you want to edit (e.g. credentials-updated) and click the edit icon.

Step 2: Set Up or Change Email Notifications

  • On the Edit template page, make sure the “Send an in-app notification” option is selected under the CTA section.
  • Scroll down to the CTA block and enter the CTA text and the CTA URL.
  • In the Email template section, update the Mail subject, Mail title, and Mail content as needed.
  • Optional: Scroll to In app template if you want to add a title and content for the in-app notification.
  • Click Save at the bottom of the page to apply your changes.
